If two brackets finish with the same score, rank is decided by these rules in order:

1. Higher score wins — standard ranking.
2. Tie at score → earliest paid entry wins — the bracket whose payment confirmed first gets the higher rank. Earlier commitment wins.
3. Identical payment timestamps (to the second) — extremely rare. Prize for that rank splits evenly across tied entries, rounded down to whole sats. Dust rolls to the next rank.
